This service enables consultants to issue a completion certificate, after verifying that the building conforms to the approved engineering drawings.
1. A letter from the applicant confirming readiness of the Fire and Life Safety equipment and systems on site for inspection.
2. A commitment/undertaking from the owner not to occupy or conduct any commercial activity on the site before obtaining Civil Defence building completion certificate.
3. A copy of the Building Permit (or Construction License).
4. Title Deed (or Proof of Ownership) and Land Map/Plot Plan.
5. Supply, Installation, and Warranty Certificates for the Fire and Life Safety equipment and systems.
6. Licenses of the companies that installed the Fire and Life safety Systems and Equipment.
7. Attach the subscription receipt for the Aman system (or relevant alarm/ safety/ monitoring system).
8. Attach the owners' IDs (if the owner is individual) or Commercial Licenses (if the owner is an establishment/company).
