Service Fee 1000 + If there is an area increase in the proposal, additional 50 Fils per square feet X (Total built-up area of all Floors in square feet)
Service duration 8 working days
This service enables consultants to re-approve the drawing for an additional building to an existing building, either for the purpose of amending the drawing or because one year has passed since the drawing was originally approved, and this must be done before applying for the building completion certificate.
