The Sharjah Civil Defence Authority celebrated Flag Day, with Brigadier General Saeed Obaid Rashid Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director General of the Authority, raising the UAE flag on the flagpole, accompanied by a number of officers, non-commissioned officers, personnel, and civilians.

Brigadier General Al Suwaidi emphasized that Flag Day is a national occasion that expresses the spirit of the Union and embodies the values of loyalty, belonging, and devotion to the wise leadership. He noted that raising the flag is a renewal of the pledge to continue working diligently to protect lives and property and safeguard the nation's achievements.
