His Excellency Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director General of the Sharjah Digital Department, honored the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority during the Sharjah Digital Integration Forum, in the presence of Her Excellency Engineer Lamya Obaid Al Hosani Al Shamsi, Director of the Department. The Authority was recognized as “the entity that adopted the Sharjah Digital Platform as the unified gateway for all its digital services,” and was also honored among the “entities demonstrating the highest adoption of digital enablers and digital infrastructure.”

His Excellency Major General Yousef Obaid Harmoul Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority, expressed his appreciation for the recognition, stating that it reflects the Authority’s unwavering commitment to embracing the latest technological advancements and enhancing the quality of government services. He affirmed that the Authority remains dedicated to adopting international best practices in support of the digital transformation journey of the Emirate of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates.
