The Sharjah Civil Defense Authority has signed an MOU with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) in the United States, on the margin of participation of the sides in the Intersc Dubai 2026, as part of a strategic collaboration aimed at strengthening the fire safety system and protecting lives and property in the Emirate of Sharjah, drawing on global best standards and practices.
This collaboration comes in support of the body's efforts to develop training and education programs and raise the readiness of specialized staff, alongside strengthening a culture of prevention and preparedness, keeping up with urban development in the UAE and emphasizes Sharjah's commitment to providing a safe and sustainable environment for all members of the community.
